Help & Support
Devices and tasks
Miumi requires iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or later. Tap + to create a task; choose a category, date, repeat rule and reminder. Tap its title to edit and its circle to complete or restore. Rename categories and change their colors in Settings; drag tasks to reorder or move categories. Task Archive contains Inbox, Completed, Overdue and Deleted.
Widgets and lock screen
Touch and hold the Home Screen, add a widget and search for Miumi. Open the app once if it is missing. Small widgets show the count and first task; medium shows up to 3 and large up to 6. Medium and large support completing tasks. You can start a Live Activity when editing an existing task; it displays up to 3 unfinished tasks on the lock screen.
iCloud, Reminders and Calendar
Use the same Apple account on both devices and enable Settings → iCloud in Miumi. Check the network, open both apps and try Sync Now. Background sync is system scheduled and not guaranteed to be immediate. After an account change, check the app’s account warning. Showing Reminders in the calendar and two-way Reminders sync are separate options. Reminders edits can change the original list; system calendar events are read only.
Missing notifications
Enable task reminders in Miumi and allow notifications in system settings. Set a reminder time for the task. Focus mode, Scheduled Summary and preview settings can affect delivery or visibility. Daily summaries depend on the latest data snapshot; external changes are not instantly refreshed when the app is not running.
Recovery and backups
Undo a local deletion immediately or restore it later from Task Archive → Deleted. Apple Reminders deletions are managed by Apple; Miumi cannot access its Recently Deleted list. Export a JSON backup in Settings → Data Management. Imports are validated and merged by task ID and update time. Keep backups private. Local features require no account; iCloud is optional.
